CII - IL works in the area of creation of knowledge bank and tracks development in Logistics & Supply Chain Management. It carries out supply chain improvement projects, focusing on companies in specific verticals, service providers and client / user industry in general.

CII - IL also takes up Sponsored Research Projects in Logistics & SCM to probe into various aspects of the industry, technology, competition and customer focus.

CII - IL is currently pursuing a major sponsored research project studying the Integrated Logistics Service Provider Industry in India. The scope, methodology and major findings would find a place in this page as the study progresses and gets completed.
