With extensive global exposure, including engagements in Western Europe and the UK, Mr. Vallinayagam has managed international logistics, procurement, and EXIM processes. A dedicated educator, he has conducted entrepreneurial and skill development programs with institutions like NTSC-NSIC and the National Productivity Council.

A Chartered Engineer with an M.S. in Technological Operations from BITS Pilani and a postgraduate qualification in Business Management, he is a Consultant Faculty at CII Institute of Logistics and Visiting Faculty to several academic and government bodies.

Dr. Arshinder Kaur holds a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management from IIT Delhi and an M.Tech. from IIT Kharagpur. Her teaching focuses on Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Strategic Sourcing, and Risk Management, while her research spans sustainable and closed-loop supply chains, supply chain contracts, inventory control, and service management. A recipient of the Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Research Award, she has published extensively in leading international journals and has been an invited guest professor at universities in Germany and Australia. She actively supervises doctoral research, serves on editorial boards of reputed journals, and is recognized for her significant contributions to the field of supply chain and operations management.

Dr. Usha Mohan holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from the Indian Statistical Institute and advanced degrees in Statistics and Operations Research from the University of Hyderabad. Her expertise lies in supply chain management, combinatorial optimization, and mathematical programming. A prolific researcher, she has published extensively in leading international journals, with notable contributions to sustainability, game theory, and the traveling salesman problem. Dr. Usha Mohan has also co-authored impactful studies on supply chain risk and retail competition. Dr. Srinivasan G earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management from IIT Madras and a B.E. (Honours) from Anna University. His research interests span cellular manufacturing, flexible manufacturing systems, scheduling, and operations research applications. Dr. Rahul Marathe is a distinguished faculty member at the Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras, with extensive expertise in Operations Research, Stochastic Modeling, and Decision-Making under Uncertainty. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering with a Minor in Statistics from Iowa State University, where he also completed his M.S. in Industrial Engineering.
