Dr. Vipin B is an accomplished Assistant Professor at the Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras, with specialized expertise in Decision Theory, Behavioural and Sustainable Operations Management, and Supply Chain Analytics. He holds a Ph.D. from IIT Madras, an M.Tech. in Industrial Engineering and Management from NIT Calicut, and a B.Tech. (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from GEC Kozhikode.

Dr. Vipin’s research focuses on cutting-edge topics such as Vaccine and Agriculture Supply Chain Management, Inventory Theory, and Stochastic Modeling. His academic interests are complemented by a strong foundation in Optimization and Operations Research, and he regularly teaches courses in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Sustainability, and Decision Theory.

Actively engaged in industry-oriented research, Dr. Vipin is currently leading a Government of India-funded project on procurement contract design for India's vaccine supply chain, supported by the SERB CORE Research Grant. Dr. R K Amit is a highly respected Professor at the Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras, with deep expertise in Operations Management, Inventory Systems, Healthcare Logistics, and Sustainable Supply Chains. He earned his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore in 2009, following his M.Tech and B.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Kanpur.

He is also known for his work on integrating Machine Learning and Optimization techniques in decision-making processes.

Mr. Vallinayagam T brings over 25 years of leadership experience across industries, serving as Divisional Head and International Business Manager at Forbes Marshall, Divisional Head (Oil & Gas) in Zubair Group, Oman, and Factory Head of Export-Oriented Units in Chennai. His expertise spans plant optimization, supply chain management, manufacturing excellence, and ESG sustainability practices.

With extensive global exposure, including engagements in Western Europe and the UK, Mr. Vallinayagam has managed international logistics, procurement, and EXIM processes. A dedicated educator, he has conducted entrepreneurial and skill development programs with institutions like NTSC-NSIC and the National Productivity Council.

A Chartered Engineer with an M.S. in Technological Operations from BITS Pilani and a postgraduate qualification in Business Management, he is a Consultant Faculty at CII Institute of Logistics and Visiting Faculty to several academic and government bodies.

Dr. Arshinder Kaur holds a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management from IIT Delhi and an M.Tech. from IIT Kharagpur. Her teaching focuses on Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Strategic Sourcing, and Risk Management, while her research spans sustainable and closed-loop supply chains, supply chain contracts, inventory control, and service management. A recipient of the Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Research Award, she has published extensively in leading international journals and has been an invited guest professor at universities in Germany and Australia. She actively supervises doctoral research, serves on editorial boards of reputed journals, and is recognized for her significant contributions to the field of supply chain and operations management.

Dr. Usha Mohan holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from the Indian Statistical Institute and advanced degrees in Statistics and Operations Research from the University of Hyderabad. Her expertise lies in supply chain management, combinatorial optimization, and mathematical programming. A prolific researcher, she has published extensively in leading international journals, with notable contributions to sustainability, game theory, and the traveling salesman problem. Dr. Usha Mohan has also co-authored impactful studies on supply chain risk and retail competition. Dr. Srinivasan G earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management from IIT Madras and a B.E. (Honours) from Anna University. His research interests span cellular manufacturing, flexible manufacturing systems, scheduling, and operations research applications. Dr. Rahul Marathe is a distinguished faculty member at the Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras, with extensive expertise in Operations Research, Stochastic Modeling, and Decision-Making under Uncertainty. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering with a Minor in Statistics from Iowa State University, where he also completed his M.S. in Industrial Engineering.
